OPTION ONE
Nutrition Basics
4 session customized package $245
Complete diet analysis with specific nutrient and calorie goals. An assortment of nutrition fact sheets and resources will be provided along with recommendations to meet long-term goals Four half-hour private weekly sessions: -An initial meeting to discuss client goals, basic weight and health history, lifestyle, and exercise habits.
-A meeting to review client’s diet analysis and present specific eating recommendations.
-A meeting to discuss key nutrition topics and strategies for achieving weight-loss goals.
-A meeting to review client’s progress and discuss additional client-specific nutrition topics.

OPTION TWO
Nutrition Plus
8 session customized package $440
The entire Nutrition Basics program PLUS: Four additional half-hour private weekly sessions, with content customized to client needs. Additional sessions could provide a personalized food shopping guide, healthy recipes and meal plans, or a customized weight-loss strategy. A follow-up diet analysis 6-8 weeks after the initial analysis to track progress and further refine client’s nutrition habits.

Kristen Ciuba, MS
Kristen Ciuba’s expertise is in the area of Nutrition Science and Communication. She designs and implements nutrition and wellness programs for companies, professional athletes, and individual clients. As the Nutritionist at Results, The Gym, Kristen works to customize diet programs to fit individual lifestyles. She is a resource on current diet trends, weight-loss diets, vitamins and supplements, and diets to prevent chronic disease. Kristen also helps develop and analyze menu items for the "Good To Go" café. Kristen earned an undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Nutrition, Food and Agriculture and a Master of Science degree from Tufts University in Nutrition Communications.
