Bernie is both a RYT200 and Relax and Renew Trainer certified yoga instructor. Bernie feels yoga is a system of stretching, moving and thinking and he tries to incorporate all 3 aspects in his classes. He likes to teach his students that while there are many ways to exercise both the mind and body; yoga integrates the many facets of one’s life.
Alyson is the Director of the Mind/Body Department at Results. She initially came to the mat to experience the many physical benefits that yoga offers new students. In addition to core strength and a flexible spine, she began to discover an open heart and a stilled mind. Alyson is RYT-200 certified in Vinyasa yoga through Rolf Gates, and has completed training in Mindful Yoga Therapy by Veterans Yoga Project, as well as Yogahour training by Darren Rhodes. She is currently training for her 500-hour certification through Yoga District. Alyson's yoga practice connects breath to movement. Her classes are designed to build strength, achieve balance, increase flexibility, and release tension.
Ewunike is an ACE certified personal trainer and Johnny G certified cycling instructor. In addition to leading group fitness classes she loves to participate in a wide variety physical skills competitions, cycling events, marathons and other races. Ewunike lives a healthy and active lifestyle and encourages others to as well. She feels it is important to identify activities you enjoy most and make it a priority to participate in them regularly. Hike, swim, run, bike, kayak, practice yoga, roller blade, rock climb—just keep moving!
