Appropriate for students new to yoga as well as advanced students seeking an enhanced focus on precision.
Bernie is both a RYT200 and Relax and Renew Trainer certified yoga instructor. Bernie feels yoga is a system of stretching, moving and thinking and he tries to incorporate all 3 aspects in his classes. He likes to teach his students that while there are many ways to exercise both the mind and body; yoga integrates the many facets of one’s life.
Arthur is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor with 20 years of experience. Energy describes Arthur. He motivates students with his humor and passion for fitness.
Frank teaches a variety of group fitness classes that include Thai Boxing and kick boxing. His strong martial arts experience lends itself to creating a challenging but fun class. Frank believes in varying work outs to challenge your body in a full range of motions. Balance, coordination and core exercises must be equal parts of physical training.
