Boot Camp
In Boot Camp group personal training class each particpant will work on
improving their cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as
flexibility and balance. Everyone is expected to work hard, out of
their comfort zone. It not only encompasses fitness, but nutritional
guidance and group camaraderie is a large part of the class as well.
Chad Raymond
Chad is an NASM certified personal trainer and a certified Boot Camp instructor. In addition to his 20 years of fitness experience, he was the winner of the 1994 Battle of Saratoga body building contest. Chad says we have one life to live and one body to live it in so let’s make it beautiful, healthy, functional and durable.
