Pilates - Mat
A dynamic mind-body conditioning class based on a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. This workout will strengthen and tone muscles; improve posture, flexibility and balance; unite body and mind; and create a more streamlined shape.
Pilates Plus
Step up your Pilates routine; add challenge and variety to the mat sequence by using mini-balls, Magic Circles, foam rollers or exercises from the Reformer.
Race for Results
Increase your power output and boost metabolism with intense workloads throughout the entire ride. Tackle flats, hills and sprints while working against the clock.
Results Flow
Results Flow: A flow-based class modeled on the sun salutations that links standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions with the breath in evenly-paced, straightforward sequences. Appropriate for all levels.
Step
This fat-burning workout requires using an adjustable platform designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Abdominals are included at the end.
Studio Cycling
Burn an average of 500 calories while getting a heart-pounding, low-impact workout. Set your own pace as you learn proper form and riding technique. This cardio class accommodates all fitness levels.
Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals: Based on the ancient discipline of yoga, this class explores asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and mind-body awareness to promote balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Students will receive detailed instructions on the basic principles of alignment, providing an excellent foundation for Results-style flow classes. Appropriate for students new to yoga as well as advanced students seeking an enhanced focus on precision.
Zumba
A fusion of hot Latin and International dance that combines high energy, motivating music with dynamic dance combinations.
Anthony Miller
Anthony is an ISSA certified fitness instructor. Anthony feels if you take care of your body, from the inside out, in that order, your body will serve you well for many years. He strives to motivate and encourage students to achieve overall fitness.
Harold Sanco
Harold is the Director of Aerobics for Results Gym. He is both an AFAA and ACE certified group fitness instructor and has nearly 20 years of experience. He was the 1998 National Aerobic Champion and the 1993 Step Aerobic Champion. Harold believes movement is life. He stresses keeping work outs consistent and fun.
Roberta Rothstein
Roberta has over 30 years of experience as a dancer and teacher. She is a certified Pilates Mat instructor and has also received dance teacher training from the New School in New York city. In addition to her regular regimen of classes that includes Pilates Mat, Ballet Workout and Stretch and Strength, she teaches various Master classes such as Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop and Latin Cardio. Roberta loves dance based movement and wants to help all of her students connect with the joy of dancing. Her classes improve posture, alignment, endurance and flexibility and all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
