This workout will strengthen and tone muscles; improve posture, flexibility and balance; unite body and mind; and create a more streamlined shape.

Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals: Based on the ancient discipline of yoga, this class explores asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and mind-body awareness to promote balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Students will receive detailed instructions on the basic principles of alignment, providing an excellent foundation for Results-style flow classes. Appropriate for students new to yoga as well as advanced students seeking an enhanced focus on precision.
Kelly Moore
Kelly has received teacher training from Erich Schiffman and YogaFit. Kelly’s classes are known for creative flows, eclectic music and playful humor. She encourages students to be attentive to their inner guidance so they are able to feel their way into a pose, tweaking it until they arrive at the point of perfect flow and to practice with a sense of acceptance of their limits but with an open heart to be totally immersed in the moment as it unfolds.
Margot Eyring
Margot is a Power Pilates certified instructor. Margot believes true fitness involves working towards well being in all aspects of life. Because minds and bodies are interconnected, exercise impacts psychological and spiritual health as well physical well being. She has promoting health for the whole being for more than twenty years.
Tricia Brooks
Tricia is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor. Her high energy classes are a fun way to get fit. She believes in taking pride in how far you’ve come and have faith in how far you can go.
Roberta Rothstein
Roberta has over 30 years of experience as a dancer and teacher. She is a certified Pilates Mat instructor and has also received dance teacher training from the New School in New York city. In addition to her regular regimen of classes that includes Pilates Mat, Ballet Workout and Stretch and Strength, she teaches various Master classes such as Broadway Jazz, Hip Hop and Latin Cardio. Roberta loves dance based movement and wants to help all of her students connect with the joy of dancing. Her classes improve posture, alignment, endurance and flexibility and all levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Kit Alderdice
Kit has been teaching yoga since 2000 and has studied and practiced yoga extensively. She feels is it a privilege and pleasure to enable students to experience the exhilarating, life enhancing fun of yoga. One of her constant missions is to teach students how to connect with breath and by doing so, to expand their capabilities by working easier and smarter.
