Pilates Plus: Step up your Pilates routine; add challenge and variety to the mat sequence by using mini-balls, Magic Circles, foam rollers, or exercises from the Reformer.
Results Flow: A flow-based class modeled on the sun salutations that links standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions with the breath in evenly-paced, straightforward sequences. Appropriate for all levels.

Harold is the Director of Aerobics for Results Gym. He is both an AFAA and ACE certified group fitness instructor and has nearly 20 years of experience. He was the 1998 National Aerobic Champion and the 1993 Step Aerobic Champion. Harold believes movement is life. He stresses keeping work outs consistent and fun.
Gregory is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor as well as a being Pilates Mat certified. He has been honored by Lululemon as one the DC area’s best instructors. Gregory likes to challenge the body and feels that is how we grow. He wants to assist students experience deeper awareness through physical motion.
Leticia is a Cycle Reebok certified indoor cycling instructor with nearly a decade of experience. She believes we should all enjoy life, our bodies and our minds and push them to new potentials every day. One of her life’s philosophies is “Rest when you’re dead”.
Sean is an AFA and Johnny G certified indoor cycling instructor. Sean says always pas on the uphill, everyone goes fast downhill.
Chantelle, RYT began her yoga journey from a desire for self healing, spiritual transformation, and balance of the mind and the body. She soon realized that these things could be obtained through regular study and practice of yoga and meditation. She received her 200-hour yoga certification in 2009 under the direction of Faith Hunter. Chantelle’s classes are energetic combining meditation and breath-work into a stimulating and motivational, yet challenging learning and healing experience. While not on the mat or the cushion, she commits to service and travels every chance she gets to give back to her community at home and the global community.
