Basketballs

All of the basketballs are flat. One is lopsided. How about investing in a fleet of brand new, quality basketballs? We will take a look into the issue of basketballs and order new ones if needed. Thank you for the comment.
 

maintenance needed

the ellipticals in the upstairs aerobic machines room need maintenance. 4 of 6 audios did not work today. Several of the heart rate monitors don't work, and buttons to increase/decrease intensity didn't work either We’ve taken note! Thanks for the comment. We know a faulty machine can ruin a workout and we want our members to have the best fitness experience. We will get working on the equipment!
 

Fix or Update the Machines!

I recently started back in the gym after recovering from knee injury and surgery. I was frustrated to find that MANY of the cardio machines on the second floor were in poor condition. Many had poor sound quality or poor picture. Some in the cardio room made loud noises when I attempted to use them. I know it’s expensive; but we pay well to have a first-class gym with top notch equipment! Can you respond on when the machines will be reviewed, fixed and/or updated? THANK YOU. We understand your concern. Results is currently conducting an assessment of the gym and will make the necessary adjustments and upgrades from May-September. Thank you for your note.
