Hi- Could you please post the hours for babysitting on the website? Also, could you please post the times for the assorted children's classes? Thanks! Good Idea. We will incorporate that in the next revision.

Can you please post your holiday hours on your website, we shouldn't have to call to find out the hours. Thanks I agree. Way ahead of you.... They have been posted for almost a month on the left side of the websites homepage. All clubs are regular hours all weekend. No group X July 4th. July 5th all clubs regular hours -no group x Downtown. Enjoy the holiday.

prices

How about posting prices? Why would I become a member when no costs are listed? If you are solely shopping rates we are not the club for you. We offer monthly dues from roughly $59-$102 depending on location, affiliation, employer, hours you will be using the gym, and type of membership commitment. THe current enrollment fee for July is $79. We do not list rates becuse they can vary widly depending on the member. Please feel free to contact any of our membership offices. They will be happy to discuss your situation and provide you with a rate over the phone, or stop by any club we would love the opprotunity to show you our facilities.

shrink your ego

My suggestion would be to stop answering people's suggestions with snide remarks. I'm tired of looking on the suggestion board, hoping to find some useful information, and being met - instead - with some snarky answer to a genuine question or suggestion. Do you think people at your gyms just have unlimited time and figure they'll waste it writing to you all? Do you think their suggestions aren't worthy of genuine answers? Is your staff all just immature? I go to the club a lot ... and the responses I see to people's suggestions are consistently a dissappointing part of my day. I wish you all would respond with more class, or at least more respect. All of th suggestions are viewed with attention and respect. Some sarcasm is added for entertainment value and is appreciated by many of the members. It is not intended to offend or discount the value of the suggestion.

professionalism

Please be more professional in your responses to people's suggestions. On the board in the CH location it is CONSISTENTLY surprising to read your responses. There is no need to be rude to the (high) paying members you have. Why not answer their question and leave the attitude off? OK.

Parking

It would be nice to have some type of parking voucher for the garage downstairs or the parking lot across the street. It can be difficult to enjoy the work out when you are constantly running to put money in the meter. If there was a three times a week parking plan,in either garage, I would purchase it just to not worry about the parking. We have tried to get a discounted rate with the garage but the discount was still cost prohibative. The best option I have found is to make a purchase at Safeway. A $5 purchase will get you validated for 90 minutes of parking. Bread and milk and the garage is free.

I just wanted to mention how nice it is to be welcomed every time I come to the gym by such nice people at the front desk. But the one who takes the prize is Rick S. He is the most polite, helpful, and friendly of them all. It is nice to have a smile waiting for you at the gym! Thank you for the positive feedback. Rick is one of our best!
