Pilates - Mat
A dynamic mind-body conditioning class based on a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. This workout will strengthen and tone muscles; improve posture, flexibility and balance; unite body and mind; and create a more streamlined shape.
Results Flow: A flow-based class modeled on the sun salutations that links standing and seated postures, backbends and inversions with the breath in evenly-paced, straightforward sequences. Appropriate for all levels.

Anthony is an ISSA certified fitness instructor. Anthony feels if you take care of your body, from the inside out, in that order, your body will serve you well for many years. He strives to motivate and encourage students to achieve overall fitness.
Skip is holds group fitness instructor certifications from both AFAA and ACE. He brings more than 20 years of fitness industry experience to his high energy aerobics classes. Skip believes a conscious commitment to a regular exercise routine will significantly contribute to a healthy mind, body and soul.
Gregory is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor as well as a being Pilates Mat certified. He has been honored by Lululemon as one the DC area’s best instructors. Gregory likes to challenge the body and feels that is how we grow. He wants to assist students experience deeper awareness through physical motion.
Frank teaches a variety of group fitness classes that include Thai Boxing and kick boxing. His strong martial arts experience lends itself to creating a challenging but fun class. Frank believes in varying work outs to challenge your body in a full range of motions. Balance, coordination and core exercises must be equal parts of physical training.
