Studio Cycling
(sign-up is required at the front desk)Burn an average of 500 calories while getting a heart-pounding, low-impact workout. Set your own pace as you learn proper form and riding technique. This cardio class accommodates all fitness levels.
Richard Olague
Richard is a long time cycling instructor and teaches a high-energy ride that strengthens students’ bodies and minds. Utilizing diverse music from around the world and current dance floor beats, he will motivate you as he makes each class a fun and dynamic experience. After losing 100 pounds and battling back from a serious illness, Richard is dedicated to creating a safe place where all students can reach their goals.
Doron Petersan
Doron is a Cycle Reebok certified indoor cycling instructor with a decade of experience. In addition to her active indoor cycling schedule, Doron is also an active competitor in amateur cycling events. She designs to her classes to mimic outdoor training for on and off road as much as possible. Her challenging classes will you give a full body workout.
Jennifer Ney
Jen is a Cycle Reebok certified cycling instructor. She was inspired to obtain her instructor certification after learning firsthand the cross-training benefits indoorcycling provided her as a competitive rower. She remains a strong advocate for using two or more disciplines to strengthen the whole body and improve in your sport of choice or physical health in general. Jen enjoys helping people of all levels, skills and experience find purpose and direction in their individual training programs.
Laurel Anderson
Laurel brings years of fitness industry experience to her studio cycling classes. She likes to try new things and shake up the routine as much as possible to keep her classes fresh and exciting for all. She feels that it not only keeps the body responsive but it helps to keep the mind stimulated as well.
Chuck Harney
Chuck is an ACE certified group fitness instructor. He is an indoor cycling instructor but also an avid outdoor cyclist. Chuck believes one should combine indoor cardio fitness program with weight training and outdoor cardio. He feels this helps to keep you from becoming bored with your routine and also utilizes different muscle groups which will keep your overall fitness level higher. In his classes Chuck likes to challenge students just beyond their perceived ability to increase their self confidence and make them stronger on and off the bike.
Leticia Barnes-Long
Leticia is a Cycle Reebok certified indoor cycling instructor with nearly a decade of experience. She believes we should all enjoy life, our bodies and our minds and push them to new potentials every day. One of her life’s philosophies is “Rest when you’re dead”.
Sean Smith
Sean is an AFA and Johnny G certified indoor cycling instructor. Sean says always pas on the uphill, everyone goes fast downhill.
Bill Cook
Bill is a Cycle Reebok certified indoor cycling instructor with more than a dozen years of experience. In addition, he is a former competitive cyclist. He feels students should concentrate on form and technique. His studio work-outs are centered on actual cycling drills with objectives to maximize muscular endurance and aerobic capacity.
