"High Intensity Training" focuses on abdominals, hips, thighs and glutes. This workout includes mat work, small weights and other props. The HIT method combines elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and various Barre methods.

Yoga Fundamentals
Yoga Fundamentals: Based on the ancient discipline of yoga, this class explores asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and mind-body awareness to promote balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Students will receive detailed instructions on the basic principles of alignment, providing an excellent foundation for Results-style flow classes. Appropriate for students new to yoga as well as advanced students seeking an enhanced focus on precision.
Bernie Wandel
Bernie is both a RYT200 and Relax and Renew Trainer certified yoga instructor. Bernie feels yoga is a system of stretching, moving and thinking and he tries to incorporate all 3 aspects in his classes. He likes to teach his students that while there are many ways to exercise both the mind and body; yoga integrates the many facets of one’s life.
Kathleen Landy-Mckenna
Kathleen is a certified Power Pilates instructor. She believes that the Pilates method heightens balance and awareness, and as a gentle yet challenging workout, compliments every fitness routine. She encourages students to focus on the precision of the movement to trigger the mind/body connection that is essential to holistic wellness.
Kevin Kiger
Kevin joined Results in 2008 and brings great energy and passion to his yoga classes. He likes to stress to those who have never tried yoga that one doesn’t have to be able to twist like a pretzel to start. Flexibility and strength are things the body builds, which is why yoga is called a practice. Kevin wants you to come to class hydrated and ready to sweat so don’t forget your towel.
Tasha Eichenseher
Tasha is a RYT certified yoga instructor. She strives to create a safe environment where students can play with finding their edge; the place where they begin to understand and overcome physical and mental obstacles. With a focus on breath, intention, strength, balance and flexibility, Tasha’s vinyasa style classes embrace the theory that being grounded helps you grow taller.
Faith Hunter
Faith is a Yoga Alliance registered instructor with many years of experience in leading both yoga and dance classes. In her quest to share her passions and eclectic yoga teaching style, Faith incorporates her southern upbringing with yoga philosophy, modern mythical sounds, and the purity of breath. Her approach is devotional, fun and informative and it plays with the balance between fluid asana and stillness, form and formless, gravity and lightness.
Gregory Stuart
Gregory is a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor as well as a being Pilates Mat certified. He has been honored by Lululemon as one the DC area’s best instructors. Gregory likes to challenge the body and feels that is how we grow. He wants to assist students experience deeper awareness through physical motion.
Frank Beltran
Frank teaches a variety of group fitness classes that include Thai Boxing and kick boxing. His strong martial arts experience lends itself to creating a challenging but fun class. Frank believes in varying work outs to challenge your body in a full range of motions. Balance, coordination and core exercises must be equal parts of physical training.
